· A Certificate of Merit from the APEDA for Efficient implementation of the pesticide residue monitoring plan and research on grapes under the leadership of Dr. P.G. Adsule thereby facilitating the export of grapes during 2003-04 in their Award Function on 23rd March 2005 at the hands of Shri Kamal Nath, Hon’ble Minister for Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. Dr. P.G. Adsule, Director, received this award.
· Recipient of AFST(I) Fellow Award 1999.
· Received ‘GITS Award – 2003’ for the best paper on marketing entitled ‘Standardization of quality of Indian raisins with reference to Codex standards and harmonization of Indian standards’ published in Indian Food Packer during 2004.
· Received ‘Abhinav Gaurav 2004’ award by Abhinav Grape Growers’ Association, Junnar, Pune on 21st May 2004 for his contribution towards grape industry.
· Recipient of IARI Golden Jubilee Award 1974.
· Received Dr. S. Sithanathan Award 2002-03 for his distinguished contribution in the field of biological control of insect pests of horticultural crops by the Association for Pest Management in Horticultural Ecosystems
· Awarded with the Dr. V.G. Prasad Best Paper Award - 2004 for 'Biological control of exotic spiralling whitefly Aleurodicus dispersus Russell on guava by Encarsia (?) haitiensis Dozier and Encarsia quadeloupae Viggiani in India'' published in the journal 'Pest Management in Horticultural Ecosystems' Volume 10(1), pp. 29-39.
· Awarded with the Best Poster for the paper 'Evaluation of wine grape genotypes' in International Symposium on Grape Production and Processing held at Baramati, Pune from 6-11th February 2006.
· Awarded with the Best Poster for the paper 'Studies on fungi associated with post-harvest decay in table grapes from Maharashtra' in International Symposium on Grape Production and Processing held at Baramati, Pune from 6-11th February 2006.
· Marathi Vigyan Parishad and Baliraja Award for the Best Scientific Article for their paper “ Fungi on grape bunches and their control” (in Marathi), published in Baliraja, October, 1999 - Special issue on grapes (pp. 142-147). This award was shared with Dr. S.D. Sawant, Sr. Scientist (Plant Pathology)
· The Abhinav Gaurav Award 2002 by Abhinav Grape Growers’ Society for the technical service to the grape industry. He was presented a certificate and shawl.
· Felicitated by Maharashtra State Grape Growers’ Association on 27th August, 2001, for his contribution to grape industry. Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra State Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh presented him a certificate and shawl.
· Received Scientist of the Year Award – 2006 by National Environmental Science Academy, New Delhi.
· Received ‘Abhinav Gaurav 2006’ award for contribution towards grape industry by Abhinav Grape Growers’ Cooperative Society, Junnar.
· Received a national level ‘Bhaskar Award 2007’ for contributions in viticulture by Journalist Foundation, Pune.
· Received ‘V.B. Rahudkar First Prize of Marathi Literature for best book in Agriculture 2008’
· Awarded with the Best Poster for the paper 'Identification of microsatellite markers associated with downy mildew resistance in grape: an example of association mapping in a perennial crop' in International Symposium on Grape Production and Processing held at Baramati, Pune from 6-11th February 2006.
· Received ICAR team research award. She was the member of team at CPCRI, Kasargod who got this award for significant achievements in coconut conservation and characterization.

· A certificate of merit for their poster entitled ‘Dissipation and decontamination of hexaconazole residues in grapes (Vitis vinifera)’ at International Conference on Pesticides, Environment and Food Security held at IARI, New Delhi on 19-23rd November, 2001, organized by Society of Pesticide Science, India. This award was shared with Dr. S.D. Sawant, Sr. Scientist (Plant Pathology)
· Received ‘Abhinav Gaurav 2005’ award. This award is given to the scientist for his technical guidance to the grape growers of Abhinav Grape Growers’ Cooperative Society, Junnar.
· Received Scientist of the Year Award – 2004 by National Environmental Science Academy, New Delhi.
· Received 'Sanstha Bhushan' award by Rashtriya Shikshan Sanstha, Lakhani, dist. Bhandara, Maharashtra for his academic achievements.
· Received ‘Abhinav Gaurav 2003’ award for contribution towards grape growing and providing technical knowledge for the production of export quality grapes to the growers members of Abhinav Grape Growers’ Society (Regd.), Junnar, Pune.
· Awarded CSK HPKV University Gold Medal for his outstanding performance during Ph.D. Programme.
· Awarded three gold medals namely ‘UAS Gold Medal’, ‘Indo American Hybrid Seed Gold Medal’, ‘Agro Evo India Ltd. Gold Medal’ for highest OGPA during Ph.D. (Hort.) from UAS, Bangalore.
