The Centre has the National Active Germplasm Site for grapes, which comprises seedless (including an exotic labrusca) and seeded table grape varieties, wine/juice cultivars, rootstock varieties/species, and seyve-villard hybrids. The germplasm is being maintained as active collection in a field block on Dogridge rootstock.
