To generate preliminary information on nutrient substitutions (NPK) through pruned biomass
Duration:
1 April 2007 to 31 December 2011
Highlights:
Pruned biomass (petiole + leaf + cane) will be recycled and tested for nutrient substitution in combination with FYM to generate the preliminary information as per suggestions of RAC. 100%, 75% and 50% NPK levels will be tested in combination with pruned biomass and FYM. The information generated will be used for conducting long-term experiment with the selected potential treatments. Effect on different treatment combinations will be recorded.
